Everything about this place was amazing. On entry Carlos greeted me with a huge smile, check in took maybe 2 minutes and I was even able to check in half an hour early at no extra cost. The entire property was very clean. The elevators were nice and big. The room was huge, bathroom big, beds comfy, mini fridge and microwave in the room worked and was clean. I can see if the hotel is full where parking can get a little tricky especially if you stay out late but we were able to always get a spot even if it meant making one. There is a pool, looked very clean. There is a little breakfast area with limited options. It looked good but we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is a lot of places to sit downstairs even a library which was cool. The location was amazing, right on International drive, central to everything. 15 minutes to both Universal and Disney Springs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Orlando.

My experience staying here was excellent in all aspects. The place is nice, very comfortable, clean, and always smelled good. It has a gym and a small pool (that I certainly did not use). I am usually disappointed with hotel breakfast so decided not to include it when I booked. Big mistake! Once I saw the breakfast options in the morning I had to get my waffles with egg and bacon and some coffee. There’s also a bar that’s open until 11pm and a Happy Hour (even on weekends) with draft beers at $2!!! Overall great bang for your buck!

Everything, staff were so friendly (especially the male daytime receptionist, I unfortunately cannot remember his name) and nothing was too much hassle. Great location, close to all theme parks and the hotel offers a shuttle to certain parks. We felt incredibly safe, rooms were huge and have everything you could need.

The location, staff, cleanliness, comfort/style/modern furniture (lobby layout, bed, sheets, pillows, room bathroom, etc) far exceeded my expectations given the price. Highly recommend this hotel to people and families visiting Orlando.
